Le principe de fonctionnement de la machine de pulvérisation de mousse PU consiste à mélanger et à pulvériser avec précision du polyuréthane à deux composants (généralement du polyol et de l'isocyanate) sous haute pression sur une surface, où il forme une couche de mousse de polyuréthane. La mousse se dilate et durcit rapidement après l'application, offrant une excellente isolation thermique, une excellente insonorisation et une excellente résistance à l'humidité. Le processus est le suivant :

01 Fourniture de matériel

UREXCEED PU spray foam machine is equipped with two separate storage tanks for polyol (polyether) and isocyanate. These materials are delivered to the mixing head via high-precision pumps.

02 Livraison à haute pression

UREXCEED pu foam spray machine uses high pressure pumps to deliver the two components to the spray gun in precise proportions. The high pressure ensures efficient delivery of the materials to the spray nozzle.

03 Mélange de matériaux

04 Pulvérisation et expansion

La mousse mélangée est pulvérisée sur la surface souhaitée à l'aide du pistolet pulvérisateur. Au contact de la surface, la mousse commence immédiatement à se dilater, formant une couche uniforme. La mousse durcit en quelques minutes, formant une couche solide, étanche à l'air et isolante thermique.

05 Durcissement et moulage

Une fois pulvérisée, la mousse durcit et se solidifie, formant ainsi une couche isolante ou protectrice durable et sans joint. FAQ sur la machine de pulvérisation de mousse PU UREXCEED

Nous avons actuellement deux types de pneumatiques et d'hydrauliques, 220v et 380v. Récemment, un client mexicain a demandé 110V 400v, et nous y travaillons également.

Calculez en fonction de la densité de la matière première et de l'épaisseur du revêtement pulvérisé. Par exemple, la densité est de 30 kg/m3 et l'épaisseur est de 7 cm.

La pompe à matériau extrait les matières premières dans la machine de pulvérisation, les chauffe à la température requise, puis les transporte vers le pistolet de pulvérisation via le tuyau de chauffage, les mélange soigneusement dans le pistolet de pulvérisation, puis les pulvérise.

R : Le pipeline et l’alimentation électrique de l’ordinateur hôte au pistolet sont déjà connectés.
Les contrôles suivants doivent être effectués avant l'opération :
1. Tous les joints de l'unité principale au pistolet ne fuient pas d'air ou de matériau,
2. Assurez-vous de séparer les matériaux A et B dans toute la canalisation d'entrée de la pompe au pistolet pour éviter la paralysie de l'ensemble du système.
3. Il doit y avoir une mise à la terre de sécurité et une protection contre les fuites.
4. Lorsque l'équipement cesse de fonctionner, le système de chauffage doit être éteint à temps et l'alimentation électrique doit être coupée pour éviter la détérioration de la qualité de la mousse causée par un temps de chauffage excessif.

Le modèle pneumatique est d'au moins 0,9 Mpa/min et le modèle hydraulique est de seulement 0,5 Mpa/min.

·La température de conservation au froid est d'environ 5℃ et l'épaisseur de la couche isolante est de 15 cm.

Cavitation is caused by vapor bubbles forming in the fluid lines due to insufficient fluid pressure or blockages. This can damage pumps and reduce spray quality. To prevent cavitation, ensure proper fluid supply, avoid leaks, maintain correct pressure settings, and regularly clean filters and check hoses for blockages.

Blisters and pinholes often result from trapped air, moisture, or contaminants on the substrate. To troubleshoot:

  • Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application.

  • Apply the coating in controlled humidity and temperature conditions.

  • Use proper spray techniques to avoid excessive air entrapment.

  • Allow sufficient curing time between coats.

Best practices include:

  • Regularly clean all parts, especially spray guns and fluid lines.

  • Check and replace worn seals and filters.

  • Lubricate moving parts as recommended by the manufacturer.

  • Store the machine properly in a dry environment.

  • Perform routine inspections and follow a maintenance schedule.

To resolve spray gun issues:

  • Leaking: Check seals and tighten connections.

  • Clogging: Clean the nozzle and filters; flush the system regularly.

  • Uneven spray patterns: Adjust spray pressure and inspect the tip for damage or wear. Always use manufacturer-recommended cleaning solutions and spare parts.
