Mixing Head Of TPU Machine
The mixing head motor is driven by variable frequency to increase speed, causing the mixing head to rotate at high speed in the mixing chamber. When the A and B raw liquids are switched from the pouring state, they enter the mixing cavity after passing through the orifice and are injected into the mold or model; when they are switched to the reflux state, they return to their respective tanks through the regulating valve; during cleaning, the solvent cleans the mixing head to ensure normal operation; there is a static pressure balance device (patented technology) on the return pipe to prevent material A from flowing into material B due to pressure difference, causing the material B pipe to be blocked. It can be fine-tuned when the viscosity is less than 50CPS to ensure stable system pressure and keep the material ratio stable during the mixing process.

It consists of power switch, air switch, AC contactor and all power, heating and other control component lines of the whole machine. The equipment operation is completed by digital temperature controller, digital pressure gauge, PLC and touch screen to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The digital display pressure gauge is equipped with an overpressure alarm to protect the metering pump and material pipe in the material system from damage due to overpressure. The digital display thermometer sets the upper and lower temperature limits to ensure that the material works normally under stable temperature conditions, and the temperature error is ≤± 2℃.
