Yes. All our PU foaming molds are fully customized according to your product drawings, insulation thickness, and production process (manual or automatic). We can support both standard and complex mold structures.
Our factory is in Jiangyin, Wuxi, about 2 hours’ drive from Shanghai. You can take the high-speed rail directly from Shanghai to Jiangyin, which only takes 1 hour. We can pick you up at the high-speed rail station.
We commonly use tool steel, P20, y aluminum alloys for different mold parts. All steel components are treated with anti-corrosion and surface hardening processes to ensure long service life.
Yes. Our molds can be adapted to most PU foaming lines on the market, including both manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic production setups. We can also help redesign existing clamps or jigs to fit your equipment.
Yes. We offer on-site mold trial and sample foaming for quality assurance. Photos, videos, and technical reports can be provided for client confirmation before shipment.
Yes. If no technical drawings are available, we can reverse-engineer the mold based on a physical product sample or 3D scans. Please send us the sample for evaluation.
