Order Process
Inquiry stage
- Customers initiate inquiries via phone, email or online platform.
- The sales team records customer needs, including product type, specifications, quantity, delivery date, etc.
Analyze Requirements
- Sales staff communicate with customers to gain an in-depth understanding of their specific needs and application scenarios.
- Provide technical support and answer customer questions.
- Provide ROI calculations and conduct feasibility studies and analysis of solutions based on customer budgets
Quotation And Plan Design
- Develop detailed quotations based on customer needs, including product prices, transportation costs, payment terms, etc.
- Provide technical solutions, including machine configuration, production capacity analysis, etc.
Contract Signing
- After the customer confirms the quotation and plan, both parties sign a sales contract.
- Determine the delivery time, payment method and after-sales service terms.
Production And Delivery
- Arrange production according to the contract to ensure quality and delivery time.
- Provide regular feedback on production progress based on Gantt charts and provide production pictures and videos.
- After production is completed, quality inspection is performed and preparation is made for shipment.
Testing (Proofing)
- If necessary, provide raw materials for production testing to verify whether the equipment (mold) meets the production (drawing) requirements.
- Make necessary adjustments based on customer feedback.
Packaging And Transportation
- Choose appropriate packaging according to different transportation methods and deliver the equipment to the location designated by the customer.
- Logistics information follow-up to ensure that customers can understand the status of goods at any time.
Arrival Notification
- Notify customers of equipment arrival information and arrange unloading and warehousing.
- Provide equipment packing list and related technical documentation.
Installation And Debugging
- Arrange a technical team to go to the customer site for equipment installation.
- Conduct equipment debugging to ensure normal operation of the equipment and provide training to operators.
Acceptance And Delivery
- Conduct equipment acceptance jointly with customers to confirm that the equipment meets contract requirements.
- Officially deliver the equipment and complete the signing of relevant documents.
After-sales Service
- One-year warranty service and regular maintenance plan are provided.
- If customers encounter problems, we provide technical support and troubleshooting services.
Customer Feedback And Relationship Maintenance
- Return visits to customers every 3 months to understand equipment operation and customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback to provide basis for subsequent product improvements and service optimization.
- Help customers develop feasible marketing plans and solve customer sales problems
