Station Map — 26-Station Closed Loop

The ground rail circuit is divided into four functional zones. Cabinets move on rail-mounted fixtures, dwelling at each station for the 20-second tact.

Paired Equipment (Sold Separately or as Turnkey)

  • Vacuum-forming mould station — ABS / HIPS liner production, ±0.05 mm cavity precision (see UREXCEED moulds catalog)
  • Foaming moulds (cabinet & door) — cast aluminium ZL105 or Q345 steel, lifecycle 1,000,000+ shots
  • High-pressure PU foaming machine — UPM-HP-1500 cyclopentane-ready with ATEX Zone 1 safety package
  • Mould fixture (carrier) — UMF-FIX-2200, 5-ton adjustable clamping, 30–70 °C heated platen, fits all six UREXCEED cabinet mould types

Acceptance Protocol (FAT & SAT)

  • FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) — at UREXCEED shop, 100 trial cabinets minimum, CMM dimensional report, foam-density CT scan on 5 random cabinets, signed warranty schedule
  • Pre-shipment trial — buyer-witnessed run, polyol + ISO + cyclopentane real chemistry, cycle-time and pull-down tested
  • SAT (Site Acceptance Test) — at buyer's plant, signed when 100 consecutive cabinets pass cabinet wall variance ≤ ±0.3 mm + leak test + electrical safety test
  • Standards alignment — ISO 15502 (household refrigerating appliances), EN 14509 (sandwich panels), ASTM E84 (foam fire), ECHA REACH (raw materials)

  • Payment — 30% deposit · 60% on FAT pass · 10% on SAT (60 days after installation)
