Jaminan Kualitas — Bagaimana Kami Membangun Lini Produksi

Inspection, FAT, commissioning and warranty requirements are written into the project specification. The checks and documents supplied depend on the equipment model, material system and destination market.

5-Stage Quality System

The project quality plan is agreed before manufacture, with acceptance criteria tied to the contracted equipment and sample parts.

01

Supplier Audit & Pre-Qualification

The manufacturing source, production capability and available quality documents are reviewed for the equipment included in the project.

02

Inbound Material Inspection (IQC)

Specified mould steel, purchased components and relevant material documents are checked against the approved bill of materials. Project-specific tests are listed in the quality plan.

03

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

Critical fixture dimensions, assembly points and control functions are checked at defined hold points. The records included at handover are confirmed in the contract.

04

Pre-Shipment Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

FAT is run against agreed test conditions: available sample parts and materials, utilities, cycle sequence, safety functions and acceptance criteria. Third-party witnessing can be arranged when included in the order.

05

On-Site Commissioning & Warranty Tracking

Site work, operator training, handover tests and the warranty start date follow the signed project scope. Travel, utilities, materials and production support responsibilities are stated before dispatch.

Quality Control in Action

What the five-stage system looks like on the shop floor — actual checkpoints, not marketing language.

Incoming Material Inspection

Incoming Material Inspection

Every mould steel billet, PU raw material barrel, and electrical component is dimensionally verified and cross-checked against mill certificates before it enters production.

In-Process Monitoring

In-Process Monitoring

PU foaming pressure, temperature, density and cycle time are logged in real time at every station. Any deviation from the production recipe triggers an immediate stop-and-correct action.

Pre-Shipment Acceptance Test

Pre-Shipment Acceptance Test

Every line runs a full production cycle on the supplier factory floor before shipping. Clients (or SGS / BV / TÜV / Intertek inspectors) are invited to witness, and a written FAT report is issued.

Testing Methods & Standards

Our equipment and materials are tested against the standards your buyers require.

Quality Management

ISO 9001:2015
Quality Management System — annual third-party audit by SGS

Machinery Compliance

CE (Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC)
Safety compliance for applicable machinery supplied to EU markets
CE (Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU)
Electrical safety for applicable powered equipment
RoHS
Restriction of hazardous substances in electrical components

PU Material Testing

ASTM D1622
PU foam apparent density verification
ASTM D1623
PU foam tensile and tear strength verification

Fire-Performance Testing

ASTM E84 Class A
Surface burning characteristics for PU insulation foam, where required for the relevant material/system — critical for cold storage and medical cabinets

How We Verify Certification Scope

ISO
ISO 9001:2015
Quality Management System — group-wide
CE
CE
Machinery Directive + Low Voltage Directive — applicable powered equipment; see each product page for scope
RoHS
RoHS
Restriction of Hazardous Substances — applicable electrical/electronic components
ASTM
ASTM E84 Class A
Flame Spread / Smoke Developed — insulation material systems, not a machine certification

Warranty & Service

The quotation and contract define the warranty start date, covered assemblies, exclusions, response channel and responsibility for travel or on-site service.

Warranty Start
Defined in the contract, normally from commissioning or an agreed maximum period after shipment.
Covered Equipment
The quotation identifies the mechanical, control and purchased components covered for the agreed period.
Exclusions
Wear parts, consumables, misuse, unauthorized changes and utilities or materials outside the agreed specification are handled separately.
Remote Support
Response channel and target time are stated in the order. Diagnosis depends on access to alarms, logs, photos or video from the customer site.
On-Site Service
Available when required, subject to destination, visa, travel, safety conditions and engineer availability; cost responsibility follows the contract.

Global Service Footprint

On-site intervention available in every region where we have delivered projects.
