Every project passes through our documented quality system: inbound supplier audit, in-process inspection, pre-shipment Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), on-site commissioning, and post-delivery warranty tracking. Certifications below are maintained at system level and verified annually.
5-Stage Quality System
Every project — from a single mould to a full turnkey line — passes through the same documented five-stage process.
Supplier Audit & Pre-qualification
Every mould and machinery maker in our network passes annual on-site audits covering ISO 9001 quality system, production capacity, in-house testing facilities and historical delivery record. Only pre-qualified suppliers handle UREXCEED orders.
Inbound Material Inspection (IQC)
Every raw material batch (P20/2738/H13 mould steel, PU isocyanate/polyol, electrical components) is verified against mill certificates. Mould steel hardness, chemical composition and dimensional tolerance are tested before machining begins.
In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
During machining and assembly, critical dimensions and surface finish are measured at defined control points. Deviations trigger immediate stop-and-correct. All measurements are logged and included in the final quality dossier handed to the client.
Pre-shipment Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
Before any equipment ships, it runs a full production cycle at the supplier factory. Clients (or their inspection agents — SGS / BV / TÜV / Intertek) are invited to witness the FAT. Written FAT reports are issued for every project.
On-Site Commissioning & Warranty Tracking
Our engineers fly to the client's factory to supervise installation, first-run production, and operator training. Post-commissioning, every project is tracked in our warranty system for three years, with proactive spare parts and annual health-check reminders.

Incoming Material Inspection
Every mould steel billet, PU raw material barrel, and electrical component is dimensionally verified and cross-checked against mill certificates before it enters production.
In-Process Monitoring
PU foaming pressure, temperature, density and cycle time are logged in real time at every station. Any deviation from the production recipe triggers an immediate stop-and-correct action.
Pre-Shipment Acceptance Test
Every line runs a full production cycle on the supplier factory floor before shipping. Clients (or SGS / BV / TÜV / Intertek inspectors) are invited to witness, and a written FAT report is issued.
