Linear Cabinet PU Foaming Line — 6 / 8 / 11 Stations Configurable
Linear in-line PU foaming for refrigerator cabinet body. Scalable from 6-station motor-driven (~800–2,500 cabinets/shift, small-medium factories) to 11-station hydraulic (~4,000–6,000 cabinets/shift, mainstream OEM). Multi-spec mixed-line production. Cabinet size 800–2,000 mm L × 450–2,000 mm W × 450–900 mm H. Water-heated, PID-controlled.
Single-Station Linear Cabinet Foaming Specialty Machine
Single-station hydraulic linear specialty foaming machine for refrigerator cabinet R&D, sample runs and low-volume production. Same fixture template as 11-station main line — use for mould trial and PE/EPP wave-type chest freezer samples before full-line production.
Supermarket Refrigerated Cabinet Foaming Specialty Machine
Linear hydraulic specialty foaming machine for supermarket service cabinets, convenience store back-warehouse refrigerators and restaurant chain prep refrigerators. Water-heated + air-cooling, 380 kW peak, 200–600 cabinets/shift.
4-Station Hydraulic Air-Curtain Cabinet Foaming Fixture
4-station hydraulic foaming fixture for air-curtain refrigerated display cabinets (open-front merchandisers up to 4 × 1.8 × 0.55 m). Top/bottom flat-pressing clamp, water heating, 50 kW, 80–200 cabinets/shift.
Island Freezer Linear Pneumatic Foaming Specialty Machine
Pneumatic single-station specialty foaming machine for supermarket island freezers (2–3 m long cabinets). Air-cylinder clamping for low-cost specialty foaming, water heating, 30 kW. Best fit 50–150 island cabinets/shift.
Hydraulic Foaming Press — Specialty / Irregular Cabinets
Standalone hydraulic foaming press for air-curtain, wine cabinet and irregular / non-standard cabinet foaming. Water-heated + air-cooling, 50 kW, 40–120 cabinets/shift. Complements existing line for capacity peaking.

26-Station Ground-Rail PU Foaming Line for Refrigerator Doors — Closed-Loop Track Layout
Closed-loop ground-rail PU foaming line dedicated to refrigerator and cabinet DOOR foaming. 26 fixture stations on a continuous steel track, 20-sec cycle, 3,000–6,000 doors per shift. 2,000 × 900 mm fixture × 200 mm closing height — sized for door panels. Cyclopentane + ATEX Zone 1, steam or oil heating.
7-To-8 Station Rotary-Door PU Foaming Line (Door-Dedicated Hub)

6-Station Servo-Motor Rotary Door Foaming Line
6-station servo-motor-driven rotary door foaming line for premium / high-end refrigerator OEM. Servo precision ±0.1 mm rotation, 50-second cycle, supports door panels up to 2,100 × 1,000 mm with 380 mm clamp height. 500–800 doors/shift sweet spot for multi-variant precision door manufacturing.
16-Station Crawler-Chain Door Foaming Line
16-station crawler-chain door foaming line for mid-to-large refrigerator OEM factories (1,500–2,500 doors/shift). 30-second cycle, water-heated, 100 kW, 17 m line length × 2.5 m wide. Compact alternative to 26-station ground-rail loop for door-mix production.
