Manufacturing network

Built on China's top refrigeration equipment cluster

Chuzhou, Anhui and Kunshan, Jiangsu together form the densest refrigerator and freezer mould cluster on earth — producing roughly 80% of China's refrigerator cabinet and door moulds. For 30 years, UREXCEED has been building the supplier relationships inside that cluster.

Every supplier in our network is audited annually on quality management, delivery reliability, and technical capability. Our clients don't choose a supplier — they choose UREXCEED, and we assign the right supplier for their project.

How the Network is Organized

We do not run one mega-factory. We coordinate specialists, each best-in-class at one thing, and integrate their output into a single line under one project plan.

Mould & Tooling Partners

Vacuum-forming, foaming, door and fixture moulds — the cabinet-shaping core of any refrigerator factory, drawn from the Chuzhou–Kunshan cluster.

Machine Builders

PU high-pressure, low-pressure, spray and glue-dispensing machine shops, plus conveyor and line-automation builders.

Materials & Hardware Suppliers

Polyol/isocyanate system houses, blowing-agent suppliers and hardware makers for hinges, gaskets and structural parts.

How We Vet and Assign Suppliers

Every supplier passes an annual on-site audit covering ISO 9001 systems, in-house testing and historical delivery record. For each project we match the right specialist to your cabinet size, output target and budget — then run a pre-shipment Factory Acceptance Test so the equipment is proven before it leaves China. You sign one contract with UREXCEED; we manage the network behind it.
