UREXCEED began in Jiangyin, Jiangsu in 1995 — in the industrial heartland where precision mould-making and appliance manufacturing have concentrated for generations. We started as a moulds-and-tooling workshop, and over 30 years grew into a full refrigeration equipment solution integrator.

Today our team of 100+ engineers and project managers designs production lines end-to-end, partners with the top mould and machinery makers in China's Chuzhou–Kunshan refrigeration equipment cluster, and delivers turnkey factories to 40+ countries. Over 1,800 projects have gone live under our delivery.

Our position is straightforward: we're not the biggest mould maker, and we're not trying to be. We're the partner who integrates the best equipment, the right materials, and real engineering support — so our clients don't have to stitch together five vendors and hope it works.

What we actually deliver

A refrigerator or freezer factory needs four things to work together: the moulds that shape the cabinet and door, the PU foaming machines that inject insulation, the production line that moves the cabinet through assembly, and the raw materials and hardware that go inside. We supply and integrate all four.

Cold-chain moulds & tooling

Vacuum-forming liners, foaming moulds, door moulds and fixtures — built by the Chuzhou–Kunshan mould cluster we have worked with for 30 years.

PU foaming machines

High-pressure (two-/three-component and cyclopentane), low-pressure, spray and glue-dispensing machines, matched to your cabinet size and output.

Turnkey production lines

Ground-rail, linear and rotary-door PU lines, insulation-box lines and cold-room panel lines — designed end-to-end, not sold as loose machines.

Materials & hardware

Polyol/isocyanate systems, blowing agents and the hinges, gaskets and structural parts that finish a refrigerator — sourced and validated with the line.

More than 100 engineers and project managers run UREXCEED projects — mould designers, PU process engineers, line-layout specialists and on-site commissioning teams. Because we design the whole factory rather than a single machine, our people work across disciplines: the engineer who sizes your foaming machine talks to the one laying out your conveyor, so the numbers actually add up on the floor.

UREXCEED has delivered to 40+ countries, with a focus on Russia & the CIS, Latin America and the Middle East — markets building out domestic refrigeration manufacturing. Certifications include ISO 9001:2015, CE, RoHS and ASTM E84 Class A, so equipment clears customs and meets the safety standards your buyers expect.
