The 4-station air-curtain cabinet foaming fixture is a SPECIALIZED foaming frame for open-front air-curtain refrigerated display cabinets — the merchandiser type with no front door, just a cold-air-curtain seal. These cabinets need top-and-bottom flat-pressing during PU foaming to maintain the open-front frame geometry. The 4-station fixture batches the foaming for cost efficiency.
Why air-curtain cabinets need a dedicated fixture (not a generic line)
Air-curtain cabinets are NOT just refrigerators with a missing door. The open-front frame has unique structural challenges: the front opening must stay perfectly square through curing, top/bottom shelves need precise mounting tolerance for air-curtain seal effectiveness. Generic single-station machines without top-and-bottom flat-press cause front-frame warp that breaks the air curtain. The 4-station dedicated fixture solves this by clamping the entire envelope during cure.
